So to make a long story short...
Justin and I met on Sept 12, 2007 while we were attending Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho. We were both on the activities committee at church and became really close friends. After the semester ended, we both stayed in Idaho; my family came up to join my grandparents for Christmas and Justin stayed to find a job before the next semester started. And because all of our other friends left, we hung out with each other pretty much every day. We realized how much we loved being together and well, one thing led to another and on Christmas day, he kissed me. We dated for another month and a half and he proposed on Feb 2nd, 2008, and of course I said yes! We were engaged for a little over 2 months and on April 19, 2008 we were married in the Oakland California LDS temple, and our love for each other grows each day.
We got pregnant in 2009 and 2010, but Heavenly Father had other ideas for us and both pregnancies ended in miscarriages. We both graduated with our bachelor's degrees in 2010 from BYU-Idaho. It wasn't until 2011 that we were blessed with our sweet Kaden.

We now live in North Carolina where Justin is in the Physician Assistant program at East Carolina University. I am blessed to be able to stay at home with Kaden and teach him. We are so happy that Heavenly Father has blessed us with such a wonderful family!
